A: To submit your events, click here and follow these guidelines:

  • Your event or item must be open to the public.

  • We must receive your submission at least 3 weeks before the date of your event.  Our event calendar starts on the Monday of each week and runs through to the next Sunday.

  • Provide a short description or press release of your event, and the cost to attend if applicable.

  • Include a link to your web site where interested readers can follow-through for additional information.

  • Preference is given to events and items that have not been widely publicized and typically not covered by bigger media.  Less preference provided to political activities and volunteer opportunities.

  • Items outside of the greater Seattle area are not published.

  • We pick-and-choose the week's events from those submitted and from our own extensive research, and then publish the best and most interesting.  We may not publish your event, but we will certainly consider it.
